We offer floral decor for weddings, events and funerals. We take a personalized approach, keeping in mind personality, event theme, and budget. With wire and jeweled accents, our designs are keep fresh and contemporary, appealing to today’s market.  We try to be green in all ways possible, by choosing local growers whenever possible, composting all green waste, and look for ways to reduce waste.

We go to the client instead of making them come to us. Consultations are done in a relaxed setting, like local coffee shop or the client’s home. We have lots of books for the client to look through, to help them decide if they don’t know what they want. We treat everyone with kindness and understanding. Never berating someone’s ideas for their event, and understand it’s their wedding not ours. We never use high pressure sales tactics, but we do suggest clients put a deposit down to hold there date. We are there as a consultant not a sales person. 

We offer prompt communication by returning all inquiries within 24 hours. There are many ways that we keep in contact with clients; email, over the phone, and even Facebook. We keep our clients update about their order by, emailing them when there flowers are ordered and picked up; this also lets us confirm their order reducing mistakes. Due to nature unpredictability sometimes substations need to be made, and we inform clients of any changes so there are no surprises on delivery.

We really love are clients and appreciate that they choose us for their event. We show this in many ways; we hand write thank you notes for all orders letting them know how much we love working with them. We also post thank you notes on Facebook whenever we meet with a potential client. We are also looking for ways to make our clients feel special.
